This policy explains when you can get a refund for online training purchased from Safety Courses Gulf (operated by Safety Courses LLC).
You can get a full refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase and no module of the course has been opened. A course counts as started as soon as any module is opened.
Employers can request a refund for course keys they purchased while the keys are unused. A key counts as used when it is redeemed for course access.
Once a module has been opened, the 14-day refund for unstarted courses no longer applies. You keep any rights or remedies under applicable consumer protection law, including any that apply if the course is faulty, unavailable or materially different from its description.
For UAE orders, applicable protections may include UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, as amended, and rules for online sales. See the UAE Government's consumer protection guidance.
Email [email protected] with your order reference, the email address used to buy the course or keys, and the course name or number of unused keys. If something went wrong with a course, tell us what happened. We will respond promptly.
